Set in 10 acres of organically managed gardens, grounds and woodland, Woodbrooke is a countryside in the city conference centre and B&B just a short distance from Birmingham City Centre.

This 19th century Grade II listed building and former home of famous chocolate maker George Cadbury, now offers 9 event spaces and 70 bedrooms, all with natural daylight and offered at quality prices in line with our Quaker values. Originally founded in 1903 by Quakers George Cadbury and John Wilhelm Rowntree as a centre for Quaker learning, Woodbrooke has been a place of meetings ever since. At Woodbrooke, we offer a warm welcome and incredible value at honest prices. When we say “Welcome Friend” we really do mean it.
